We design and support ETP and STP solutions using a treatment train selected for the wastewater characteristics, reuse objective, site conditions and operating requirements.
Modified SBR + tertiary polishing
From biological treatment to reuse-ready water.
Our treatment approach can combine modified SBR biological processing with settling, filtration and disinfection stages, supported by instrumentation and automation.
Modified SBR
A sequencing-batch biological process that coordinates fill, aeration/reaction, settling and decant phases in a controlled cycle. It can be adapted to project-specific loading and discharge or reuse goals.
Settling / Clarification
Allows biological solids and suspended matter to separate from treated water before downstream polishing. Proper settling performance depends on sludge characteristics and operating conditions.
Pressure Sand Filter
Removes residual suspended particles and reduces turbidity through granular filtration, helping protect downstream disinfection and membrane equipment.
Activated Carbon Filter
Uses adsorption to help reduce colour, odour and selected dissolved organic compounds. Performance depends on carbon quality, contact time and water chemistry.
Hypochlorite Dosing
A controlled chemical disinfection stage used to reduce microbial contamination. Dosing and residual levels should be selected and monitored according to the intended reuse or discharge application.
Ozone Treatment
Ozone is a strong oxidant used for disinfection and polishing. It may assist with colour and odour reduction, with system design including safe off-gas handling.
Ultrafiltration (UF)
Membrane filtration provides a fine physical barrier for suspended solids and colloidal material. UF can be used as an additional polishing stage for suitable reuse applications.
Complete Automation
PLC-based control, level and flow instrumentation, automatic valves, pump sequencing, alarms, interlocks and operating data can be integrated for reliable plant management.
